How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID, not through us. Open the Settings app on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Match Predictions — FutbolAI. From there you can change or cancel your plan. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple ID you used originally, open the app, go to the subscription screen and tap Restore Purchases.

How do I delete my account?

Account deletion is available inside the app under Profile, then Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and associated data. If you cannot access the app, email us from your registered address and we will process the request.

Why is an analysis missing or incomplete?

Match analyses depend on third-party data feeds. When lineups, statistics or fixture data are not yet published, the analysis for that match may be unavailable or partial. It usually appears once the source data is released.

How accurate are the predictions?

FutbolAI produces statistical and AI-generated probability estimates for informational and entertainment purposes only. No prediction is a guarantee of any outcome. The app does not accept wagers, does not process gambling transactions and is not affiliated with any bookmaker or gambling operator. It is intended for users aged 18 and over.

I was charged but Premium did not activate

First try Restore Purchases as described above. If the problem continues, email us with the date of purchase and the Apple ID email used, and we will resolve it.
